Terms of Service

RobloxifyMe is operated by Mashrokit Ltd (משרוקית בע"מ), a company registered with the Israeli Registrar of Companies under number 515328235, with its registered office at HaBanai 6, Modi'in 7176213, Israel. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company; “you” means the person placing an order.

We are an independent business. RobloxifyMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

You upload an image and choose an item type. We use automated AI tools to restyle that image, build a file that meets Roblox’s technical requirements, and submit it to the Roblox marketplace through Roblox’s official Open Cloud API. When it is published we email you a link to it.

Each item is made to order from the specific image you supply. We do not keep a catalogue of ready-made items.

The item is published from a Roblox creator account that we control, and listed for 5 Robux so that you can add it to your avatar. Buying your own item inside Roblox costs you that amount in Robux, which is separate from the $15 you pay us.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you and is responsible for it. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must also be permitted to use Roblox in your country and must not be subject to sanctions that would make it unlawful for us to serve you.

You must own the image you upload, or otherwise have the right to use it for this purpose. You keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited licence to store it, process it with the AI tools described in our privacy policy, and publish the resulting item to Roblox — for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

You must not upload anything that:

• is a photograph of a real person other than yourself, or of a child, without that person’s (or their guardian’s) consent;
• infringes anyone’s copyright or trademark — this includes characters, logos and artwork owned by someone else;
• is sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful; or
• would breach the Roblox Community Standards or Terms of Use.

We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to breach this section, and refund it in full.

Every asset uploaded to Roblox is reviewed by Roblox’s own moderation systems. We do not control that review and cannot guarantee that your item will be approved, remain available, or appear in Roblox search.

If Roblox rejects your item, we refund your payment in full. If Roblox removes an item after publication for reasons outside our control, we will tell you and discuss it with you in good faith.

Most orders complete within ten minutes; 3D items take longer than 2D ones. These are estimates, not commitments. If an order has not completed within 24 hours, contact us and we will either finish it or refund you.

Delivery happens by email to the address you gave at checkout, and on the order status page you are shown after payment. It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and the correct Roblox username.

The price is $15 USD per item, shown on our pricing page. Any sales tax or VAT that applies to you is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself, and your statement will show Paddle rather than our company name. We never see or store your card details.

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in it limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but AI generation is inherently unpredictable: we cannot promise that the generated item will match a particular idea you had in mind. The preview shown on your order page is the item you receive.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties — Roblox, our AI providers and our hosting provider — and their outages will affect us.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of Robux or of in-game items, or for any action taken by Roblox against your Roblox account.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms, in particular section 4. Where we do that before delivering an item, we refund the order in full.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published on this page at the moment you paid. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
